Production Process and Machinery Park

Our **turnkey solution** covers all stages, from the entry of polypropylene raw material into the line to the packaged final product:

Extrusion and Molding: Our high-capacity extruder unit melts the raw material and gives the initial form to the filaments by passing them through specially designed molds.
Hot Stretching and Annealing: The produced filaments are passed through multi-roller hot stretching and annealing ovens to align their molecular structure and maximize their tensile strength.
Embossing (Surface Patterning) and Cooling: Special patterns are applied to the surface of the filaments using embossing rollers to ensure a more effective bond with concrete, and they are then cooled in a controlled manner.
Precision Cutting: A high-speed and precision cutting unit turns the cooled filament strips into the final product by cutting them to the desired millimeter measurements (e.g., 36mm, 48mm, 54mm).
Automatic Weighing and Packaging: The cut fibers are transferred via conveyor systems to the automatic weighing and packaging unit. Here, they are bagged in the desired grammages (e.g., 1kg, 5kg, 20kg) and prepared for shipment.
